Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
Pick up from your hotel or residence in Arusha in the morning with picnic lunch boxes and depart for Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive in the park, famous for its giant baobab trees, large herds of elephants, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and various bird species. Lunch will be served at a designated picnic site inside the park. After the game drive, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
Check into your accommodation in Karatu/ outside Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Dinner and overnight at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge (Meal plan: Full board basis)
Day 2: Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu
After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to a rich concentration of wildlife such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, and, with luck, the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor while taking in the breathtaking scenery. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park -Transfer to Arusha/ drop off Njiro Legacy
Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive – Arusha
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife, lush groundwater forest, and spectacular birdlife along the lake’s shores. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
After the game drive, depart for Arusha and enjoy lunch en route or upon arrival, depending on your schedule. Upon reaching Arusha, you will be dropped off at Njiro Legacy, marking the end of your memorable Tanzania safari.
